Download a free printable study planner template in English and Arabic, and learn a simple weekly method to plan revision for Qudrat, Tahsili and IGCSE.
A study planner turns "I should study more" into a schedule you can actually follow. The best planners are simple: one page per week, realistic blocks and a place to review.
Step 1: Count backwards from the exam
Write your exam date, then count the weeks you have. Assign each week a focus — topics in the early weeks, mixed practice and mocks in the final weeks.
Step 2: Plan in 45-minute blocks
Short, focused blocks beat long sessions. Plan three to four blocks on school days and five to six on weekends, with breaks between them.
Step 3: Mix subjects
Alternate a hard subject with an easier one each day. Interleaving keeps energy up and improves long-term memory.
Step 4: Schedule review, not just new content
Reserve one block each week to revisit old topics and your error log. Without review, about half of what you learn fades within days.
Step 5: Reflect every Friday
Tick what you finished, move what you missed, and adjust next week. A planner is a living document.
